Our head Trainer Patrice Carmignani is French born living in New Zealand for 10 years now. Patrice did his Degree in Sport Sciences in 1988 and since trained as a Physical Therapist, a P.E. Teacher and now Personal Training in his own studio. He has acheived European levels in swimming and coached sport athletes at all levels.

Your training experience will include:
