Personal Fitness Assessments & Lifestyle Screening

To design an effective exercise program it is necessary to asses the person's lifestyle and exercise habits. Patrice's Assessments will incorporate:

Lifestyle Screening / Blood Pressure / Resting Heart Rate / Calculation of Training Zones / Height and Weight / Body Measurements / Submaximal Aerobic Test (stamina) / Suppleness Test / Strengh Test / Postural Analysis

Once your warrant of fitness has been completed, a program is designed for your individual needs, with your goals specified and a time frame implemented.

Use these assessments as your starting block if you have not exercised before or if it has been along time since you last exercised. As an athlete, use these assessments as a guide to improving your sports performance. If you are a regular exerciser, use these assessments to get you on track and develop short term attainable goals.

Lifestyle Screening

The lifestyle screening will help us asses of any obviuos health risk. (eg: High Blood Pressure, History of Heart Disease, Overweight, Diabetes, Shoulder Pain or Back Pain...)

If in any dought, we will recommend medical advice and clearence before an exercise program.
