Included in the cost:
Access to the personal fitness studio during the 12-week challenge
Personal Trainer:
1 x one-on-one assessment 2 x one-on-one sessions 6 x group sessions (You will work out together and get tips on how to exercise correctly)
Nutritionist:
2 x one-on-one consultation 2 x Nutrition Seminars (Learn about healthy eating, portion sizes and menu planning)
Life Coach:
2 x one-on-one session 5 x group sessions (Examine and reprogram your relationship with food and the surrounding issues)
Total Cost: $115 per week = $1,380 for the 12-week program
A 2-week deposit of $230 is required when you register.
Payment Options: - Lump sum of the remaining $1,150 up front or - Direct Debit, $115 per week for 10 weeks
